We had a great experience buying our Laguna condo with Morgan's help! We first worked with him three years ago - he showed us several properties, but none were exactly what we were looking for. He kept us in mind and sent us various possibilities over the next many months, but we never saw one that was just what we wanted. He kept us in mind, and three years later, when the perfect beach condo became available, he thought of us and notified us immediately. Within a few days - the offer was signed and accepted! If Morgan hadn't jumped on this the minute it hit the MLS, someone else very likely would have beat us to it.

Morgan was fantastic. He was quick to respond and answer all of our questions about the property and area, helped liaise with the property owners, and gave us an additional tour when we were actually able to fly down to see the property. Morgan did an outstanding job communicating with us at every step of the way. Hey was also extremely transparent about communications to and from the sellers and their agent. He helped us negotiate a substantial amount in credits back from items found during inspections. We was also very resourceful in getting vendors and contractors to price items out. He also went above and beyond in helping to rent our condo so that the loan funds on time.

It’s my first time buying and I couldn’t find a better agent to help and guide me into getting the best deal for my dream home. Morgan is always quick to respond even if it was late at night. He went above and beyond to answered all my questions and concerns. He has a great network for home inspection needs and services. There’s some concern over the house I was buying so I talked to morgan about it and the next day he line up all the necessary people to come and check out the house for me. He is very quick and efficient.
